Print at Staples from your phone
Staples Print and Marketing has self-service computers. Lines for them are often long. The bigger pain is getting your file onto the computer in the first place. Most people sign into their email there. Not great on a shared machine.
Use Xprinty for that step. Open xprinty.com on the Staples computer. Click Send a document. A QR code shows up. Scan it with your phone. Pick the file. Print.
Done in about 30 seconds. The file gets deleted 15 minutes later. No login on the Staples machine. No app to install.
Common questions
- Does Xprinty work at all Staples locations?
- Yes, anywhere their self-service computer has internet. Just open xprinty.com on it.
- Can I print large files?
- Up to 25 MB. That's plenty for a regular PDF or a photo. For bigger files, split them up first.
- Do I need to make an account?
- No. There's nothing to sign up for. Each transfer is one-shot and disposable.
