Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 May 2026

1. The service

Xprinty ("the Service", "we", "us") provides one-shot, ephemeral file-transfer functionality intended for sending a printable document from a personal device to a print-shop computer. Each transfer is automatically and permanently deleted 15 minutes after creation.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that the file does not contain or constitute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit material involving minors. We report such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2258A and to law enforcement, without exception.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right of any party.
• Threats, harassment, doxxing, incitement to violence, hate speech, or material designed to intimidate or defame any person.
• Malware, executables, scripts, or files designed to damage, disable, or surveil computer systems or printers.
• Personally identifiable information of others without their lawful consent (financial, medical, government-identity documents, etc.).
• Material that violates any applicable law, regulation, or treaty in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without notice:

• Refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user, IP address, or transfer.
• Preserve, disclose, and report content and access logs to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other authorities when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
• Scan uploaded content for known illegal material using industry-standard tools, including hash-matching against the NCMEC database.

Every upload, view, and download is logged with IP address, user-agent, and timestamp.

5. Your representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all rights necessary to upload, transmit, print, and use the file you submit.
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• You will not attempt to circumvent the 15-minute deletion mechanism, the upload size limit, or any other technical safeguard.

6. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful delivery, or that the file will be available for the full retention window. We are not responsible for files you fail to retrieve before automatic deletion.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED USD $100. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction over the operator of the Service for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
